Measuring Impact
In this time of “code red for humanity”, to what extent can your organisation demonstrate and tell the story of how it is making things better? Your organisation’s outcomes are the noticeable differences you make for clients or customers. The long-term sustainable change of these outcomes at a system level (i.e. your contribution to a change across a community, a society or an ecosystem) is your impact.
Impact therefore is a fundamental that is expected to endure over time. Measurement is important. How else can you tell a credible story of why your organisation matters?
